Miller Farm- Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Miller Farm Pumpkin Patch with Randi and the kids today. It is a tradition, we have done about the last 3 years or so, it's so much fun. It's $20 and you get a pumpkin and 5 bags per person of whatever vegetables they have that year. This year there was corn, potatoes, onions, beets, cabbage, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, celery, and green beans. We always get a good haul. The boys were such great helpers this time. They were so good all day, it's a long drive and then an all day out in the sun kind of day but they were champs. It ended up being unusually hot for this time of year. They tromped all over the fields though and we stood in the shade when we could. We all had such a great time.
They have all these old cars at the beginning that they turn into different "Cars" characters. The kids thought they were so cool.

Gavin loves big tractors so they were excited to be able to actually climb up on this one and get a picture.

Haha this is Kaden's scary ghost face he wanted to make.
On our way out to the fields to collect our veggies!

This is a huge carrot I found, it was the size of a newborn baby!
The boys snacked in between stops and made sure to hang on really tight.

I truly love these little boys! They are my best buddies.
How many boys can you fit in a wagon?

Look at all this loot we fit in one car! Once we finally got it all in and loaded we realized the car wouldn't start and had to unload it all to get to Randi's jumper cables and have someone jump it then had to repack everything again. It was quite the adventure :)
Gavin loved these headphones but they sat on his cheeks in reality so he couldn't actually hear anything. It's so nice having older kids sit in the back with the kids, they handed stuff back and forth and entertained them so well. I need them for road trips!
Thanks for the fun day Welch's we love you guys and this fun tradition!
