Kaden Summer School

Mr. Kaden wrote his name all by himself for the first time today! He and I have been doing "summer school" while Gavin naps during the day. It is a special time for us because it's one-on-one time that we don't usually get. My full attention can be on him and I can show how proud I am of him. He is getting so big and is such a good, sweet boy.

Kaden Baseball

 Big boy started his second year of baseball. And guess who was the coach again... Coach DAD!! Theses two are such great buddies and love to hang out together. This year they learned more about how to actually play the game, they used all the bases, and played both infield and outfield. Kaden learned fast and did a great job, although there was a lot of just hanging out looking around in the field and picking the grass as he sat waiting for the ball to come to him :)

 At the end of the season they passed out trophies. Kaden was so excited it was his very own and had his name on it and everything. Paul shook his hand and presented it to him at their pizza party.

 And of course one of Kaden's biggest fans was there enjoying the party and cheering brother on as well. Cutest 1 year old award goes to Gavin!

 Friday Fun Day with Grandma and Grandpa! Oh how we all love Fridays. It is what we look forward to every week, so nice to get out and enjoy the nice weather and see the animals today.

4th of July

 Another fun 4th of July in Vernal, the kids had so much fun playing with cousins and being outside all day everyday.

 Lots of visits to the Big Green Dinosaur, which Gavin loves just as much as Kaden now so we continue to see it every day and night :)

We also visited Grandma Lois some more. She was excited to see the boys and Kaden talked her ear off the whole time about "all the things."
What a fun trip, I love our tradition of spending the 4th in Vernal. We did lots of boating, playing outside, and being with family, my favorite things of summer :)
